Dear visitor,
Now that you came here, I think you don’t need a definition of what PowerApps is. Therefore, let’s get down to business. You need a simple application for your employees. You would like them to provide you with data in the form of completed forms – these can be simple production orders or activity reporting. Until now, they’ve been working with pen and paper, or you’ve developed an excel sheet for them. You want to change it into something convenient, simple and immediately giving you control over the process being carried out. You decide to have an application written. You receive valuations from $2,000 to $20,000 in various technologies. Ultimately, from the excess of information, you abandon the idea of your own software and return to the proven method of pen and paper. One day you discover that Office 365 that you have been using for several years has an interesting PowerApps module.
The last application we prepared was dedicated to employees responsible for the implementation of simple warehouse activities. It was very important that logging in was done “locally” and not using office accounts. The final effect is a simple login, where the data is stored on the sharepoint list, and the information about who is logged in is sent along with the data entered into the second sharepoint list. Preparation of the application and tests took two working hours. An application developed in this way can be freely developed without having to worry about hosting, among other things.
